Proceedings for Partition. Whenever, in proceedings for partition of registered land, the court shall order a sale of such land, and the same is sold under such order, the purchaser shall file with the registrar a certified copy of the order confirming sale, that the terms of the sale have been complied with. Thereupon, the registrar shall transfer said land upon the register and issue a certificate of title to the purchaser therefor.
