Proceedings on Confirmation of Report of Referees

Setting Off Registered Land in Partition Proceedings. On confirmation of the report of the referees setting off registered lands in proceedings for partition, it shall be the duty of the parties to whom the lands are allotted to cause a certified copy of the judgment or decree to be filed with the registrar.
