Proceeding Where Testator Has by Will Provided
View official PDF ↗That Executor Shall Have Power of Sale. If a testator, by his will, has provided that the executor thereof shall have power of sale of real estate, the court shall direct the registrar to register the words with power of sale, in respect the land of the deceased, and such executor shall have power to sell such land without an order of the court so to do, but such sales must be confirmed by the court in the manner now or hereafter provided by law and a duly certified copy of the order of such confirmation shall be filed with the registrar before any certificate of title can be issued to the purchaser of such land.
