pendency of Probate, Insolvency, or Equity Proceedings. The distribution, transfer, leasing, mortgaging, or other change in the status of the title of registered land that is within the jurisdiction of the Superior Court by reason of pendency of probate or insolvency proceedings shall be made under the same conditions and limitations as now or hereafter provided by the law of Guam.
