Instrument Creating a Lien or Charge Upon
View official PDF ↗Registered Land: Effect. Every mortgage, lease, contract to sell, or other instrument intended to create a lien, encumbrance, or charge upon registered land, or any interest therein, shall be a charge thereon immediately upon registration thereof.
