COL10/29/2021 CH. 29 LAND TITLE REGISTRATION All dealings with land, or any estate or interest therein, after the same has been brought under this Law, and all liens and encumbrances and charges upon the same subsequent to the first registration thereof, shall be deemed to be subject to the terms of this Law, and to such amendments and alterations as may hereafter be made. The bringing of land under this law shall imply an agreement which shall run with the land and the same shall be subject to the terms and provisions of this Law and of the amendments and alterations thereof.
