Certificate of Title of Registered Owner Conclusive

COL10/29/2021 CH. 29 LAND TITLE REGISTRATION In any suit for specific performance by a registered owner, against a person who may have contracted to purchase such land, and there have been no fraud or other circumstance which, according to the provisions of this Law, would affect the title of the vendor, the certificate of title to such registered owner shall be held in every court to be conclusive evidence that such registered owner has a good and valid title to the land, and for the estate or interest therein mentioned or described.
