No particular form of certificate of title is required, but the same may be, subject to such changes as the case may required, substantially in the following form: Territory of Guam, ss: A. B. [State occupation and residence, giving street and lot number], Territory of Guam [if administrator, give the name of the deceased; if a minor give his age; if under other disability, state its nature], married to [name of husband or wife, or if not married so state], is the owner of an estate in fee simple [or as the case may be] in the following land [insert description contained in the decree]. Subject, however, to the estates, easements, liens, encumbrances and charges hereunder noted [in case of trust, condition, or limitation, say in trust, or upon condition, or with limitation, as the case may be]. 1.
