Lines of Public Ways: Lands Bordering Navigable

Streams. If the petition prays to have the line of any public way determined, notice shall be given to the Attorney General of Guam by service of a copy of such notice personally. If the land borders on a navigable stream or on an arm of the sea, or if it otherwise appears from the application or the proceedings that the United States of America or the government of Guam may have a claim adverse to that of the applicant, notice shall be given in the same manner to the Attorney General of Guam. The court may also cause such other or further notice of the application to be given as it may deem necessary and proper.
