Examination of Abstract by Examiner of Titles

The court shall, in its discretion, where one or more abstracts are presented with the petition, itself examine them, or refer the COL10/29/2021 CH. 29 LAND TITLE REGISTRATION same as provided in § 29119 of this Law. It if shall appear to the court from an examination of the abstract or abstracts or from the report of the Examiner of Titles or from the petition where no abstracts are required, that the title to the land described in the application appears to be substantially as alleged, the court shall order notice to be given as provided in this Law.
