Denial, Suspension or Revocation of License of Officer or Partner

The Commissioner may deny, suspend, or revoke the real estate license of a corporation as to any officer or agent acting under its license, and the real estate license of a co-partnership as to any member acting under its license, without revoking the license of the corporation or of the co-partnership.
