Adjudication of Insanity or Incompetency. The Commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of a real estate licensee committed or adjudged insane, mentally ill or incompetent under the laws of Guam or by any federal court of competent jurisdiction, at any time until a subsequent adjudication of competence or restoration to capacity.
