Reinstatement of License after Termination of Service in Public Office

When the holder of a real estate broker’s or salesman’s license relinquishes his/her license to assume an office in the Guam or Federal government, he/she may have it reinstated at any time within six

(6)months of termination of his service in office upon payment of the appropriate renewal fee.
