Persons to Whom Issuance of Restricted License Is Authorized: Methods of

Restriction. A restricted license issued pursuant to § 104216 as the Commissioner in his discretion finds advisable in the public interest may be restricted:

(a)By term.

(b)To employment by a particular real estate broker, if a salesman.

(c)By conditions to be observed in the exercise of the privileges granted.
