Waiver of Examination

(a)The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive the examination of any applicant for a real estate broker's license who held an unrevoked or unsuspended renewal real estate broker’s license, within the oneyear period immediately preceding the date of the application for such renewal license, as individual broker, an officer of a corporation or a member of a co-partnership.

(b)The Commissioner may, in his discretion, waive the examination of any applicant for a real estate salesman's license who held an unrevoked or unsuspended renewal real estate salesman's license, within the one-year period immediately preceding the date of the application for such renewal license.
