Substitution of Continuing Education Requirement
View official PDF ↗The Real Estate Commissioner may allow for substitution of the clock hour requirements, if the Commissioner makes a determination that the individual is otherwise and similarly qualified by reason of completion of equivalent educational coursework in any accredited institution of higher learning or any degree granting accredited institution.
