Original Real Estate Licenses Valid for One Year: Renewal: Partnership
View official PDF ↗All original real estate licenses issued by the Commissioner shall be for a period of two
(2)years and the holder thereof shall not become eligible for a renewal real estate license until one has successfully completed the Continuing Education Requirement outlined in § 104209 of this Chapter.
