Application for Salesman’s License

Application for license as a real estate salesman shall be made in writing to the Commissioner. The applications shall be signed by the applicant, and shall be accompanied by the real estate salesman’s license fee; and by the recommendation of the broker, who is to be the applicant’s employer, certifying that the applicant is honest, truthful and of good reputation and evidence of satisfactory completion of the basic real estate fundamental course prescribed and approved by the Commissioner, of at least thirty
