Real Estate Salesman Further Defined
View official PDF ↗A “real estate salesman” within the meaning of this Division includes a natural person who for compensation is employed by a licensed real estate broker to sell a promissory note secured by a lien on real property, unless such note is sold to an underwriter or is one of a series of notes.
