Real Estate Salesman Defined

A “real estate salesman” within the meaning of this Division is a natural person who, for a compensation or in expectation of a compensation , is employed by a licensed real estate broker to sell, or offer for sale, or to list, or to buy, or to offer to buy, or to negotiate the purchase or sale or exchange of real estate, or to solicit the prospective purchasers of real estate, or to solicit borrowers or lenders for or negotiate a loan on real estate, or to lease, or to negotiate the sale, purchase or exchange of leases, or offer to lease, rent or place for rent, any real estate, or improvements thereon, or to assist or offer to assist another or others in filing an application for the purchase or lease of, or in locating or entering upon, lands owned by the Guam or Federal Government.
