Engaging in Business or Acting Without License: Complaint and Assistance at Trial:

Prosecution of Violations by Attorney General.

(a)It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business, act in the capacity of, advertise or assume to act as a real estate broker or a real estate salesman within Guam without first obtaining a real estate license from the Department.

(b)The Commissioner may prefer a complaint for a violation of this Section before the Superior Court, and the Commissioner and deputies or assistants may assist in presenting the facts at the trial.

(c)It is the duty of the Attorney General to prosecute all violations of this Section.
