Notice of Violations: Withdrawal of Objections
View official PDF ↗COL120106 CH. 102 ADMINISTRATION No person shall engage in any activity after receiving a notice in writing from the Commissioner that in the opinion of the Commissioner such activity violates a provision of this Division, unless the Commissioner subsequently, in writing, withdraws his objections to the activity.
