Breach Warranty Title Personal Property
View official PDF ↗The detriment caused by the breach of a warranty of the title of personal property sold is deemed to be the value thereof to the buyer, when he/she is deprived of its possession, together with any costs which he/she has become liable to pay in an action brought for the property by the true owner.
