20 GCA § 2106
Immunity of Mediators and Conciliators

(2)or more consenting parties to settle a dispute by means of mediation or conciliation, the mediators participating in the mediation or conciliation in furtherance of the agreement or contract of the parties, shall not be subject to civil liability or to suit with regard to the mediation or conciliation.
