Preparation of Fiscal Note, or Waiver Thereof

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 2 — Legislative Branch

The fiscal note, or waiver thereof, shall be prepared by the Director of BBMR, in coordination with the Director of the department, agency or appropriate government instrumentality, affected by the bill.
