2 GCA § 6201

Membership in National Legislative Conference

The Legislature is authorized to join, as a participating member, the National Legislative Conference, or its successor. Members of the Legislature may serve as officers of such conference, which is an organization composed of legislative staff members and legislators from the COL120106 CH. 6 LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCES, UNIONS, E TC legislative bodies of American States and territories, the Legislature finding that its membership therein would be of public benefit; provided, however, that in sending delegations from the Legislature to the annual meeting of said conference, the members of the Legislature and staff members who attend any meeting shall be determined by legislative resolution.
