Certificates of Appointment

Immediately after declaring the results of any election, the Legislative Secretary shall cause to be prepared Acertificates of appointment.@ The form of such certificate shall be prescribed by the Legislative Secretary and shall contain the essential facts of the appointment. The Legislative Secretary shall cause to be placed in the hands of the appointed person a copy of such certificate which shall constitute evidence of that person's right to office. The Legislative Secretary shall preserve the original certificate for a period of ten

(10)years.
