Submission of Fiscal Year Budget to I Maga’lahi

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 2 — Legislative Branch

The annual fiscal year budget for the government of Guam shall be passed by I Liheslatura and submitted to I Maga’lahi no later than August 31, prior to each fiscal year.
