Selection

(a)The Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan and the Chairperson of the Committee on Youth Affairs shall choose candidates based on their eligibility under § 16103.

(b)All applicants who are selected shall have gone through an interview process, which may be conducted by the Speaker.

(c)The number of applicants selected shall be at the discretion of the Speaker.

(d)Students selected as interns shall serve at the pleasure of the Speaker or their assigned Senator.

(e)Should a student not meet the eligibility criteria, the Speaker may waive any eligibility requirements.
