Administration

(a)The Public Policy Institute

(PPI)Program shall be under the administration of the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan in conjunction with the Chairperson of the Committee on Youth Affairs, or its successor, of I Liheslaturan Guåhan.

(b)The Speaker, in partnership with the Chairperson of the Committee on Youth Affairs, shall have full and final authority of the selection of students within the PPI Program and shall set all requirements that are not stated within this Chapter in regards to applications.

(c)The PPI Program shall strive to welcome, encourage, and support students with indigenous and diverse backgrounds and experiences.
