Senators, Terms of
View official PDF ↗Senators elected to the Guam Legislature shall hold office for a term of two
(2)years and until their successors are elected and COL 1/26/2024 CH. 1 GUAM LEGISLATURE qualified. The term of Senators elected to the Guam Legislature shall commence on the first Monday of January following the date of election.
