Separate or Joint Bank Accounts

The Committee on Rules of the Legislature may, in its discretion, provide that the funds in the Legislative Agencies Fund be placed in a separate bank account or accounts or be placed in the same account as is the Legislative Operations Fund or be placed partially in one

(1)account and partially in another account.
