Legislative Agencies Fund: Creation

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 2 — Legislative Branch

There is created a special fund of the government of Guam to be known as ALegislative Agencies Fund,@ which fund shall be kept separate and apart from the Legislature Operations Fund and separate books and accounts kept with respect to the Legislative Agencies Fund.
