Name Restoration in Final Decree

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 19 — Personal Relations

At the request of a party requesting his/her own name changed in a divorce proceeding, the court shall, in the Final Decree of Divorce, restore that party to the surname he or she had before marriage.
