Division of Real Property Situated in Another

Jurisdiction.

(a)If the property subject to division under § 8412 of this Title includes real property situated in another jurisdiction, the Superior Court shall, if possible, divide the property in such a manner that it is not necessary to change the state of the title to the real property situated outside Guam.

(b)If it is not possible to divide the property in the manner directed in Subsection

(a)of this Section, the court may require COL 6/21/2023 CH. 8 DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE either or both parties to execute such conveyances and take such other actions with respect to the real property situated outside Guam, and make such other orders or awards, as are necessary to divide the property between the parties in accordance with law.
