Causes

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 19 — Personal Relations

Dissolution of marriage may be granted for any of the following causes:

(a)Adultery.

(b)Extreme cruelty.

(c)Willful desertion.

(d)Willful neglect.

(e)Habitual intemperance.

(f)Conviction of Felony.

(g)Irreconcilable differences.
