Establishment of Conciliation Jurisdiction

The Superior Court may exercise conciliation jurisdiction and obtain, use and provide conciliation services. After conciliation jurisdiction has been established, the Superior Court may at any time determine that the COL120106 CH. 7 CONCILIATION L AW need for such service does not warrant its continuance and terminate the same.
