Relinquishment of Custody and Services to Child

The parent, whether solvent or insolvent, may relinquish to the child the right of controlling him and receiving his earnings. COL 6/21/2023 CH. 4 PARENT AND CHILD Abandonment by the parent is presumptive evidence of such relinquishment.
