Same: Guide Dog
View official PDF ↗Every totally or partially blind person shall have the right to be accompanied by a guide dog, especially trained for the purpose, in any of the places specified in § 2115 without being required to pay extra charge for the guide dog; provided he shall be liable for any damage done to the premises or facilities by such dog.
