Department Auxiliary Services Fund

(a)For the purpose of securing, insofar as possible, self-supporting activities of some programs of the Department, there is hereby established a fund to be known as the Department Auxiliary Service Fund which shall be maintained in connection therewith.

(b)All monies received by the Department from its auxiliary services shall be deposited in said Department Auxiliary Service Fund. All debts, liabilities and obligations of any such services shall be paid from said fund. COL 11292010 CH. 20 DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH AFFAIRS The Director of the Department shall render to the Council a monthly statement reflecting the correct financial condition of said fund.
