Appropriations and Expenditures
View official PDF ↗All requests or proposals for appropriations from the public funds of Guam and from the Federal government for the general operation and programs of the Department shall be prepared by the Director, subject to the approval of the Council, prior to submission to the Governor and the Legislature.
