Definitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 19 — Personal Relations

(a)Department means the Department of Youth Affairs as established by 5 GCA '3117.

(b)Director means the head of the Department of Youth Affairs.

(c)Council means the Guam Council on Youth Affairs.

(d)Youth means any person twenty-five

(25)years of age and under.

(e)Committee means the Special Services Committee.
