Hazardous Conditions

(18)years of age shall be employed or permitted to work in any occupation which has been defined or declared by regulation, federal law or by the Commissioner of Wages and Hours or by the Administrator of Wages and Hours, as hazardous or detrimental to the life, health, morals, safety or well-being of minors.
