Amendment to Articles of Incorporation of Foreign

Corporation.

(a)Whenever the Articles of Incorporation of a foreign corporation authorized to transact business on Guam are amended, such foreign corporation shall, within thirty

(30)days after such amendment becomes effective, file in the office of the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation a copy of such amendment duly authenticated by the proper officer of the state or country under the laws of which it is incorporated; provided, the filing thereof shall not of itself enlarge or alter the purpose or purposes which such corporation is authorized to pursue in the transaction of business on Guam, nor authorize such corporation to transact business on Guam under any other name than the name set forth in its certificate of authority.

(b)The filing fee for application for amendment to Articles of Incorporation shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00).
