Registered Office and Registered Agent of Foreign Corporation
View official PDF ↗(a)Each foreign corporation authorized to transact business on Guam shall continuously maintain on Guam:
(1)a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and
(2)a registered agent, who shall be:
(i)an individual who resides on Guam and whose business office is identical to the registered office;
(ii)a domestic corporation or nonprofit domestic corporation whose business office is identical with the registered office; or
(iii)a foreign corporation or foreign nonprofit corporation authorized to transact business on Guam whose business office is identical with the registered office.
(b)A registered agent appointed pursuant to this Section or a successor registered agent appointed pursuant to § 7109 on whom process may be COL070307 CH. 7 FOREIGN CORPORATIONS served shall each file a statement in writing with the Department, in such form and manner as shall be prescribed by the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation, accepting the appointment as a registered agent simultaneously with the registered agent being designated. Such statement of acceptance shall state that the registered agent is familiar with, and accepts, the obligations of that position.
