How Employment is Terminated

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 18 — Business Structure and Function

Every employment is terminated: 1. By the expiration of its appointed term; 2. By the extinction of its subject; 3. By the death of the employee; or 4. By his legal incapacity to act as such.
