Report to Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 18 — Business Structure and Function

Registry. The Commissioner is required to report regularly violations of this Act, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, subject to the provisions contained in § 36316 of this Act.
