Satisfying by Foreign Executors

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 18 — Business Structure and Function

Foreign executors, administrators, and guardians may satisfy mortgages upon the records of Guam, upon producing and recording in the Department of Land Management a duly certified and authenticated copy of their letters COL4122017 CH. 36 MORTGAGES testamentary, or of administration, or of guardianship, and which certificate or authentication shall also recite that said letters have not been revoked.
