Publication, Proof of. Affidavit
View official PDF ↗The posting of the notices of call for unpaid subscriptions and notices of delinquency and sale of stock for unpaid subscriptions may be proved prima facie by affidavit of the secretary or clerk or other officer of the corporation, and the publication of such notices may be proved to the same extent by the affidavit of persons posting such notices. The time and place of sale of the stock, the quantity of the stock sold, its particular description, the person to whom the stock was sold, the price for which it was sold, and the amount of the purchase money paid may be proved prima facie by the affidavit of the auctioneer or of the secretary or clerk or of the treasurer of the corporation. The affidavits mentioned in this section must be filed in the office of the corporation, and copies thereof, certified to be true and correct by the secretary of the corporation, may be received by the courts and others as prima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
