Notices to Stockholders
View official PDF ↗All notices to stockholders in Guam shall be written or printed and delivered personally to each stockholder, unless otherwise provided in this Part, at least ten
(10)days prior to any meeting or other action to which the notice applies. Service of said notices may be proved prima facie by the affidavit of the person serving the notice. All notices to stockholders, absent from Guam, shall be written or printed and addressed to each stockholder at his place of residence as shown by the books of the corporation and registered and deposited so addressed in the post office with postage prepaid. Service of said notices may be proved prima facie by the registered post office receipt. Unless all stockholders are served personally with any notice, copies thereof shall be posted in three
(3)public places in the place where the principal office of the corporation is located, for a period of three
(3)weeks prior to any meeting or other action to which the notice applies.
